Who we are

This Privacy Policy applies to Agora Strategic Workshops, doing business as Agora Strategic Consulting Group ("Agora," "we," "us," or "our"), the company behind AgoraVQ.com and the VQ™ Value Quotient assessment. We are a business advisory firm that works with lower-middle-market business owners.

What information we collect

We collect information in two ways: through this website and through the VQ Snapshot assessment.

Through the website (AgoraVQ.com):

• Basic usage data such as pages visited and time on site, collected through standard server logs and any analytics tools we use.
• Information you voluntarily provide when you contact us by email.

Through the VQ Snapshot assessment (hosted via Typeform):

• Your first and last name
• Your email address
• Your company name
• Revenue range and industry
• Your responses to approximately 50 assessment questions across seven categories

How we use your information

• To score and deliver your VQ Snapshot resultsYour responses are scored algorithmically across seven categories to produce your VQ number and band placement.
• To prepare your VQ Insights reportIf you purchase the paid report, your responses are reviewed by Agora advisors to write your personalized analysis and action plan.
• To follow up with youWe may reach out by email to share your results, answer questions, or discuss next steps. We will not add you to a mass marketing list without your explicit permission.
• To improve the VQ frameworkAggregated, anonymized data may be used to refine scoring, calibrate benchmarks, and improve the assessment over time.

Who sees your information

Your data is not sold. It is not shared with advertisers, data brokers, or third-party marketers.

The following people and systems may access your information:

• Agora team members and authorized representativesThose working directly on your engagement or administering the VQ Snapshot program.
• TypeformThe platform that hosts the assessment. Typeform processes your responses under their own privacy policy, available at typeform.com/legal.
• Other service providersTools we use to operate the business — such as email, document storage, or scheduling tools — only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. We do not authorize these providers to use your data for their own purposes.

Cookies and tracking

AgoraVQ.com may use standard cookies or analytics tools to understand how visitors use the site. This may include tools like Google Analytics. These tools collect anonymized, aggregated data such as page views and session duration. They do not identify you personally.

The Typeform assessment platform may set its own cookies when you take the Snapshot. These are governed by Typeform's privacy policy.

If you prefer to browse without cookies, you can adjust your browser settings. Note that some site features may not work as expected.

Data retention

We retain your assessment data and associated records for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or to support an ongoing engagement with you. We do not maintain a fixed automated deletion schedule.

If you request deletion of your data, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove or de-identify your information in the systems we control. Please note that some residual data may remain in backup records or in files we are required to retain under applicable law.

Your rights

You have the right to:

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. This includes using reputable third-party platforms with their own security practices (such as Typeform) and limiting access to your data to the team members who need it.

No method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you have concerns about a specific piece of information, please contact us before submitting it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are material, we'll take reasonable steps to notify you — for example, by emailing anyone who has completed a Snapshot.

Your continued use of AgoraVQ.com or the VQ Snapshot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
